OUR STORY
Kim Vaughn Martin established DAO ENTERPRISE and DAOSUPPORT.COM, drawing inspiration from her mother—an immigrant whose perseverance, dedication, and resolve have influenced the core values of DAO.
Since 2018, Kim Vaughn Martin began collaborating with global teams, she noticed a pattern. In 2026, it was discovered that corporations around the world were not properly compensating professionals working across various time zones in their respective countries, despite their roles as advocates within their communities. Even though they were essential to the success of the businesses, highly skilled people were not given the recognition they deserved.
DAO ENTERPRISE and DAOSUPPORT.COM were established to improve the treatment of employees working abroad. The goal is to make intelligent business decisions that create value for organizations growth, business development acts as the thread that ties together all a company’s functions or departments, helping a business expand and improve its sales, revenues, products offerings, customer service and advocating for the employees workforce that supports the business they assist to build.
